GHRP-6 Peptide
GHRP-6 (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-6) is a synthetic hexapeptide that stimulates growth hormone (GH) secretion by binding to the ghrelin receptor (GHSR-1a) in the hypothalamus and pituitary (Kojima et al., 1999). It enhances GH release, promotes appetite, and aids in tissue repair and muscle growth (Bowers et al., 1990). GHRP-6 has been studied for its potential in treating GH deficiencies, muscle wasting, and metabolic disorders (Wu et al., 1994).
