Shipping and Returns

We strive to uphold the highest levels of quality customer service. It is our goal at GenX Peptides to create life long customers, and we will do everything to ensure that your shopping experience with us is one that makes you want to use us as your only source for research peptides. Orders placed will be shipped via flat first-class rate, priority, or express using delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays and weekends. Orders will ship within one to two business days after the order is placed. ECheck will require additional time once the check is processed.

*Orders exceeding the amount of $500.00 USD may not be shipped for an additional 24-48 hours to validate the charge.

INITIAL SHIPMENT
All initial orders will be shipped to address as provided by the customer, and as a precaution that address will be automatically verified in our system to make sure it is valid. If the address comes back as invalid, we will make further attempts to contact the customer and verify the information.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES? No, the order will be canceled if the ‘ship to address’ or ‘Billing address’ is a PO Box. This is for security reasons.

TRACKING
Please allow us an additional 24 hours from the time your order is processed to provide you with a tracking number. Once you have the tracking number please allow time for it to enter the postal system and register. All orders can be directly tracked within the account that you created upon making the purchase. First-class mail tracking is often not updated in real-time and isn’t updated until it is received by the destination city.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping to domestic orders over $50*. Free shipping is first class unless the order total reaches $150 in which we will ship priority.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns (Items are not resellable). On a case, by case basis, we may accept a return. If there is a manufacturing defect, etc. Please email us at [email protected] and we will take care of the issue. If a shipment has been lost by the carrier and it is not recovered, and the delivery confirmation report shows a non-delivery then we will reship at no cost to the customer. However, if the shipment is claimed to be lost by the carrier and the delivery confirmation shows “delivered” then our guarantee has been fulfilled and we will not ship free of charge. If a product is missing from your order then please contact us once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.

CHARGEBACKS
As most issues can be solved very easily, we take chargebacks very seriously and will consider them fraud most of the time. Chargebacks will be taken to the full extent of the law, will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.
