Shipping and Returns

We strive to uphold the highest levels of quality customer service. It is our goal at GenX Peptides to create life long customers, and we will do everything to ensure that your shopping experience with us is one that makes you want to use us as your only source for research peptides. Orders placed will be shipped via priority, or express using delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays and weekends. Orders will ship within one to two business days after the order is placed.

All initial orders will be shipped to address as provided by the customer, and as a precaution that address will be automatically verified in our system to make sure it is valid. If the address comes back as invalid, we will make further attempts to contact the customer and verify the information.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES? Yes, but if the parcel is refused by customer it will be deemed as delivered and a refund will not be issued.

Please allow us an additional 24 hours from the time your order is processed to provide you with a tracking number. Once you have the tracking number please allow time for it to enter the postal system and register. All orders can be directly tracked within the account that you created upon making the purchase. If you have received a tracking number then your order has shipped and the postal service needs to update their tracking records. Generally it’s within’ 24 hours to update, but it may occasionally take longer.

We offer free shipping to domestic orders over $150*. Free shipping is priority mail.

Due to the delicate nature of peptides we are not able to accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product was damaged during transport. If a shipment has been lost by the carrier and it is not recovered, and the delivery confirmation report shows a non-delivery then we will reship at no cost to the customer. However, if the shipment is claimed to be lost by the customer and the delivery confirmation shows “delivered” then our guarantee has been fulfilled and we will not ship free of charge. If a product is missing from your order then please contact us once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.

International Shipping, refunds, and customs

We will ship internationally but it is the sole responsibility of the customer to be abreast of the laws governing the importation and possession of the products ordered. Please research all peptides to ensure that they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs hold ups. Most countries will have no issue, but we post this disclaimer in the off chance that there is an issue. If by chance the order is returned to us and you wish to have a refund then we will do so only after we have received the goods back. The refund will be calculated as Total cost – shipping – 15% restocking fee for a total of an 85% refund not including shipping. We provide tracking information for all orders so please be diligent and keep track of your orders progress through the mail system. We do not have a reship policy for international orders. Most countries including the USA, Canada and the UK have no problem with peptides/research materials as long as they are properly declared. We DO assume that all clients are aware of their own countries laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your countries customs. Please know your own import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility. If customs doesn’t return the products to us we can’t issue the 85% refund to you. If your order is denied entry into your country then try to get them to send it back to us and we will refund you minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

International Orders

We currently ship to all global countries. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all export trade taxes will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Buyer shall be fully aware of the rules and regulations, including all laws regarding the nature, component structure, and use of these products in their native country. Therefore, we are not liable for any products seized in your customs division since we have no ability to control what packages your customs seizes or the ability to control the duration they can hold packages. These actions will not be a refund on behalf of GenX Peptides. Our part is complete once shipped with a tracking number. We will work diligently to ensure your package has all the information and our customer service will continue to ensure you receive your package with whatever means we can provide your customs office to release your package if it is being held. Upon a seizure, GenX Peptides can not be liable or held responsible for a refund.

We only recommend using UPS or USPS Express (please make sure you select an option that has tracking) as your shipping option for all International Orders. This is the only method that will allow our company and the customer the ability to fully track the package through all destinations during transit. It will allow for all updates from customs if the package is being held for any reason. We do not recommend using USPS since you will not have any ability to track the package or receive updates.

GenX Peptides does offer a re-ship discount on orders that are seized by your country. If the customers shows seizure paperwork to our staff on any order we will offer a 50% discount on the same order to re-ship.

As most issues can be solved very easily, we take chargebacks very seriously and will consider them fraud most of the time. Chargebacks will be taken to the full extent of the law, will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.
